Grandview is a town/city in Jackson County, Missouri, United States.

A postal service called Grandview has been in operation since 1889. The town/city was titled for the view obtained from the elevated town site. Route 71, bordering Kansas City, Missouri, to the south.

According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 14.79 square miles (38.31 km2), of which, 14.73 square miles (38.15 km2) is territory and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 24,475 citizens , 9,640 homeholds, and 6,137 families residing in the city.
