Riverside is a town/city in Platte County, Missouri, United States.

The Riverside Park Jockey Club directed from 1928 to 1937 and was popularly called "Pendergast Track" after its patron Big City Boss Tom Pendergast (although Pendergast was not officially on its organization papers).

According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 5.79 square miles (15.00 km2), of which, 5.51 square miles (14.27 km2) is territory and 0.28 square miles (0.73 km2) is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 2,937 citizens , 1,308 homeholds, and 672 families residing in the city.

There were 1,499 housing units at an average density of 272.1 per square mile (105.1/km2).

The ethnic makeup of the town/city was 78.1% White, 10.5% African American, 1.2% Native American, 3.0% Asian, 0.6% Pacific Islander, 3.5% from other competitions, and 3.2% from two or more competitions.
